Food Trucks

Guidelines

  1. The food truck vendor must be a member of the Greater Oakland Business Association.

  2. The food truck vendor must pay $50 per month for a vendor’s license to the Town of Oakland.

  3. The food truck vendor can only park on East Liberty Street or in the Town Parking Lot in one of the spaces designated on the map. The food truck vendors are not permitted anywhere else unless it is an event and special permission is granted.

  4. The food truck vendor cannot be in the Town Parking lot on Wednesdays or Saturdays May 1-November 1 without prior authorization from the Mountain Fresh Farmers Market.

  5. A food truck vendor can be in a private parking lot with the owner’s permission.

  6. Different rules may apply for street festivals/events, please contact the business coordinator at [email protected] to be included in a specific event or have questions.
