Commercial District

All businesses, regardless of type, within the Town of Oakland District are automatically in the Oakland Commercial District. The Commercial District boundaries are the same as the Town of Oakland boundaries. The Commercial District, its management authority, and the Greater Oakland Business Association are established by Chapter 8 of the Town Code.

District Manager

The Greater Oakland Business Association (GOBA) serves as the commercial district management authority (CDMA). The business association is funded by the annual CDMA fee. The Town of Oakland Business Coordinator serves as the Treasurer and Secretary for GOBA.
