Greater Oakland Business Association

All Oakland businesses are automatically members of the Greater Oakland Business Association (GOBA) and businesses outside of town limits may voluntarily associate for a fee. The Mayor and Town Council authorize GOBA to serve as the management authority for the Commercial District. The association’s mission is to promote and support Oakland’s Commercial District and its individual businesses. Members have exclusive access to 0% loans and grants funded by the annual CDMA dues, free and subsidized advertising, and direct support from the town’s business coordinator.

GOBA represents the entire Oakland business community.
