Transaction Declined
Your attempt to make an online utility payment was unsuccessful and your transaction was declined. You can attempt your online payment again. If the transaction continues to be declined, contact your bank or credit card company to resolve the issue.
You can always make your payment in person with cash or check at Oakland Town Hall, 15 S. Third Street, Oakland, MD 21550. There is also a drop box on the side of building which can be utilized 24 hours a day.
