Request for Utility Bill Adjustment

Once every five years during the tenure of your ownership of the property, a one-time adjustment to the sewer portion of your bill can be requested. Council will not consider any requests that fail to answer all questions. Filling out this form in no way guarantees adjustment to your bill.
